Provide direct nursing care, clinical oversight, and medication administration in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident well-being and recovery.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license in Washington and CPR certification. Six months of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred, and a BSN is desired.

We’re looking for a dependable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team and help us deliver exceptional clinical care and support to our residents and their families.
Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and company policies. Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe and effective resident care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with regulations. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, communicating changes promptly to the physician and care team. Participate in developing and updating individualized care plans. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure documentation meets all facility, state, and federal standards. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and recovery.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. RN license in the state of Washington. Valid CPR certification. Six months or more of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Education Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification Current RN Licensure in the State employed. Valid CPR Certification.
Experience Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
