The Occupational Therapist will conduct functional assessments and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain independence in daily activities. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and rehab aides to provide high-quality, person-centered care.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a current Washington state license and CPR certification. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.

We’re currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team. In this role, you’ll support residents in rebuilding functional abilities, adapting to daily tasks, and achieving meaningful independence. You’ll work alongside a collaborative rehab and nursing team to deliver clinically sound, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Current state license as an Occupational Therapist. Current CPR certification.
Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
