We’re currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team. In this role, you’ll support residents in rebuilding functional abilities, adapting to daily tasks, and achieving meaningful independence. You’ll work alongside a collaborative rehab and nursing team to deliver clinically sound, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates What You’ll Do Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment What We’re Looking For Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Washington OT license (or eligibility) CPR certification (or ability to obtain) SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills Ready to Make a Difference? Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist. Current CPR certification.
Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
