Perform physical therapy evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans to improve resident strength, mobility, and function. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and educate residents and families on safety and home strategies.
Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a current Washington state PT license. CPR certification is required, and experience in long-term care or geriatric environments is preferred.

We’re currently looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team. Competitive pay: $50-60/hour (depending on experience) Medical, dental, vision 401(k) retirement plan Vacation and sick time off Flexible scheduling Life and disability coverage Professional development and continuing education opportunities What You’ll Do Complete PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to improve balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in a timely manner Collaborate with PTAs and partner with the interdisciplinary team What You Bring Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Washington PT license (or eligibility) CPR certification (or ability to obtain) SNF, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred—but not required Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills Ready to Make a Difference? Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed. Current CPR certification.
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
