Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Dermott City Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Dermott, AR. The CNA will provide essential support in delivering high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide support with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and standards of care set by the facility and state regulations.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and be a reliable team member.
