Coordinates and implements resident care plans to ensure optimum functioning and compliance with regulations. Manages daily rounds, shift reports, and prioritizes resident needs through call light responses.
Requires a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification. Preference is given to candidates with 2 years of experience in long-term care management.
The purpose of this job is to ensure residents receive appropriate personal care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. To ensure that the center remains in compliance with organization, local, state and federal regulations.
