Coordinate and provide personal care to residents to ensure they reach their optimum level of functioning. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while managing care plans and shift reports.
Must possess a valid State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification. Two years of experience in long-term care is preferred.
The purpose of this job is to ensure residents receive appropriate personal care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. To ensure that the center remains in compliance with organization, local, state and federal regulations.
