The Wound Nurse Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing wound care treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic wounds. They coordinate services across departments and mentor nursing staff on best practices and protocols.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in wound care. A certification in wound care (WCC or CWS) and CPR certification are preferred or required.
