About the role

Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents within an ambulatory clinic and the ASPIRE adolescent intensive outpatient program. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered mental wellness treatments including CBT, DBT, and medication management.

MarinHealth Behavioral Health Program The MarinHealth Behavioral Health program is looking for another Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing team.

Our robust behavioral health program offers a comprehensive approach to mental wellness for patients at every stage of life, and at multiple levels of care in outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and inpatient settings.

We practice patient-centered, team-based care, with an exceptionally talented and collaborative, multidisciplinary team, and are proud to work with some of the Bay Area’s most esteemed clinicians specializing in a variety of treatments including group and individual CBT and DBT, interventional psychiatry, and medication management.

The Position Enjoy working as part of our expanding child & adolescent behavioral health program, providing care in both our ambulatory clinic and our adolescent IOP program, ASPIRE | MarinHealth.

FT or PT opportunity available, with employment through MarinHealth Medical Group.

Epic integrated electronic health records utilize.

The Position Requirements M.D. or D.O.

Fellowship in Child & Adolescent psychiatry.

Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.

Practice evidence based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $325,000 - $365,000.

Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules.

Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
