COMPENSATION • Base Salary
- $275,000
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 – $20,000
- Productivity and quality-based bonus opportunities
- Relocation assistance available
- NHSC and HPSA loan repayment eligible site
- Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Some clinic sites offer four 10-hour shifts
- No weekend coverage required
- Phone and text call approximately one week annually
- Administrative time provided once reaching 200 patients monthly
- ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan
- Manage approximately 15–20 patients daily using capped scheduling templates
- Develop continuity of care and preventative treatment plans
- Collaborate within structured team-based care environment
- Maintain documentation and patient management within outpatient clinic workflows
- Support mission-focused healthcare delivery within underserved communities

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Ability to work within structured team-based care environment REQUIRED
- Commitment to mission-focused community healthcare REQUIRED
- Comfortable with 20-mile non-compete radius REQUIRED
