EXECUTE the highest quality of service through a caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor to all clients and families, utilizing evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions EDUCATE clients and families that are being seen for any type of treatment about the schedule and arriving on time to meet their plan of care to get the most out of their therapeutic experience MANAGE accurate documentation for clients within company timelines CELEBRATE client success stories as goals are obtained!
