The RN is responsible for assessing patients, planning care, and documenting findings according to hospital policies. They also provide leadership by overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring exemplary patient care and medication administration.
Applicants must have an associate degree in nursing and a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, while a BSN is preferred.
Job Type: Full-Time Mid Shift, Intake
Schedule: 3x12, Mid Shift (12p-12a), 4 Weekend Shifts per Month

Copper Springs East is a behavioral health hospital located in Gilbert, Arizona, serving the East Valley and greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The facility provides inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment for adults in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment.
Our comprehensive levels of care include inpatient psychiatric treatment, medical detox, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), allowing patients to receive the right level of care at the right time in their recovery journey. Copper Springs East also offers Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) as part of its advanced treatment options for individuals with severe or treatment‑resistant mood disorders.
The hospital offers 24/7 walk‑in access, ensuring immediate support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Copper Springs East is also home to Help for Heroes, a specialized program designed to meet the unique needs of active‑duty military members, veterans, first responders, and other high‑risk frontline professionals.
