Perform detailed clinical assessments and develop comprehensive plans of care for patients within their homes. Provide quality physical therapy services through evaluation and administration of treatment to help patients regain mobility.
Requires a degree from a Physical Therapy program, a Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate preferred), and a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license. Must have BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of clinical experience or home care affiliation.

1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.
1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required. 2. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire. 3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
