Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home visits for patients who need continued therapy support in their day-to-day environment. We are not a traditional home health agency. Suru provides outpatient therapy in the home, which means clinicians often work with more consistent patients, build longer treatment relationships, and have more flexibility in how care is delivered than in short episodic home health models. More visits: We typically allow more visits than traditional home health. More consistent patients: You can often work with the same patients over a longer period of time instead of short home health episodes. More flexible scheduling and frequency: The model gives clinicians more flexibility in scheduling and does not require rigid by-the-book visit frequency the way home health often does. Fast notes: We use voicemail and voice-recording workflows for notes, and documentation usually takes about one minute per visit. Clear pay timing: Once a visit and note are completed, payment goes by direct deposit on the next payday. Suru pays twice per month. Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license. Business license or willingness to obtain one if needed for contractor setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned coverage areas. Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
