Perform and interpret routine and complex technical laboratory analyses, including chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Maintain laboratory equipment and communicate critical findings to physicians for patient diagnosis and treatment.
Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and a valid professional certification such as ASCP, AMT, or a state-specific license. No prior experience is required, but the candidate must be able to meet physical demands and shift requirements.
