As a Certified Scrub Tech you will:
Assist the Surgical Team in providing a safe, appropriate, and culturally aware patient care
Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies
Prepare the Operation Room with all the necessary supplies
Properly sterilize required instruments and supplies
Serve as surgical assistant as needed
Assist in order and restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments Qualifications include:
High school or GED required
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program and certified
1 year hospital Operating Room experience preferred
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Work Schedule: Employment Type: Full-time Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week Typical Daily Schedule: 4 x 10s 07:00 to 17:30 Monday through Friday Shift Type: Day Weekend Requirements: Required on call Holiday Requirements: Required/On-call/Follow company holiday calendar On-Call: Yes Shift Differential Eligible: Yes/No Pay Range: $29.08 - $42.17 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
