Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

• Overview We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Home Health position. This position involves home care visits with adult and geriatric patients in the home setting. Pay & Benefits:

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapist license in California (or ability to obtain) Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder To Apply, Please Include Answers to the Following: 1.
