Market context

Massachusetts residential care demand remains steady

Per diem residential counselor roles in Massachusetts are commonly needed in human services settings that support daily living, supervision, and client stability. Competition often centers on candidates who already hold a high school diploma, current CHHA certification, and some human services experience, since a valid driver’s license can also matter for travel between sites. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your certification status and highlight any direct care or residential support experience in your application.
