• Details: 7 days on followed by 7 days off:
• Mon-Thurs: 5P to 8A;
• Friday-
• Sunday: 8A to 8A (would more the less be a on call position during the weekends) - (2) holidays per year – 1 summer & 1 winter; 3 floating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
• Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas
• Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• Hospice (2+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Missouri (MO)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
