Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Pharmacy Technician Trainee you will help the Pharmacist and licensed Technicians with medication preparation, inventory management, and distribution so they can ensure accurate and compliant pharmaceutical services while preventing medication errors.

Every day you will assist in medication preparation and distribution processes, including controlled substances management.

You will be expected to apply extreme accuracy and attention to detail, manage medication storage areas using pharmacy automation, and field and triage calls and questions regarding medication distribution within your scope of practice.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to apply pharmacy knowledge to identify variances and outliers in clinical practice, adhere to DEA, FDA, and state regulations, and possess the necessary focus for tasks requiring extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
