We’re currently hiring a Med Aide-Full Time who is passionate about helping others and providing the best possible care. This role requires nights, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

Safely administer medications according to the physician's orders and residents’ care plans.

Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.

Observe residents for any changes in condition, side effects, or concerns, and promptly report to nursing staff.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.

Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and your fellow team members.

Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment where everyone feels valued.

What We’re Looking For

Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, depending on state requirements).

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.

Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
