What you'll do
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
Encourage residents to stay engaged through activities and meaningful interaction.
Work closely with families and fellow team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
Promote residents' safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
What you bring
A positive attitude and genuine passion for caring for older adults.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependability and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Patience, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
Flexibility to work day, evening, or overnight shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
