Provides direct patient care and implements care plans to facilitate health and healing. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, administering medications, and providing patient education.
Requires a valid LPN license and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Candidates must also possess basic computer literacy.
Provides patient care as directed and is accountable for own actions under provided direction. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights. Performs other duties as assigned.
