The Crisis Specialist coordinates follow-ups for clients referring to treatment and develops community crisis support networks. They are responsible for performing triage on emergency mental health calls and providing immediate support to clients in crisis.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in crisis intervention or mental health services is required, along with current CPR and First Aid certifications.
