Provide physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in a skilled nursing environment. Develop specialized programming for cognition, functional mobility, balance, and wound care.
Candidates must possess a valid Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license. The role requires the ability to work within a post-acute rehabilitation setting.
