Provide outpatient and in-house physical therapy services to patients and residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Develop specialized programs in balance, wound care, and skilled maintenance within a post-acute rehabilitation setting.
Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas. Passion for delivering high-quality care and ability to work in a high-energy team environment are desired.
Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
