Deliver high-quality care to patients and residents within a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary therapy team to manage orthopedic and neurological conditions and develop specialized care programs.
Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Texas. Passion for patient care and the ability to work in a high-energy team environment are desired.
Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
