Perform evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans for both pediatric and adult patients. Provide hands-on therapy in outpatient clinics and community-based settings while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals.
Must hold a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
