Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve resident mobility and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and supervise physical therapist assistants to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin. Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
