Provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a Registered OT Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety Monitor progress and communicate updates to the clinical team Complete timely, accurate documentation
