Possesses a degree from a masters or doctorate program in Occupational therapy approved by the Virginia Board of Occupational Therapy. Licensed to practice as a Occupational therapist within the State of Virginia. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. Must complete employment screening of a negative TB skin test and/or CXR. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
