$150 - $180 / HOUR
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
Requires an MD or DO degree and Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry with an active license in the District of Columbia. Must possess a valid DEA registration and strong clinical communication skills.

As a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for underserved communities throughout Washington, DC.
Many of the individuals we serve have experienced trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and other barriers that impact their daily functioning and overall well-being. Through your work, you will help ensure consumers receive compassionate, evidence-based care that supports long-term recovery and resilience.
This hybrid position offers flexibility while maintaining meaningful connections with consumers and clinical teams through regular in-person engagement.
