What's your day like?
As a PACT Nurse Specialist at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will play a pivotal role in our PACT Team, delivering intensive, community-based services to adults navigating serious mental illness. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive nursing assessments—both at program entry and annually—to evaluate mental health symptoms and behaviors related to prescribed medications. You will meticulously monitor individuals for any side effects while enhancing their understanding of medication benefits and promoting compliance.
