Perform in-home crisis assessments, diagnoses, and intervention services for children, adults, and families. Provide after-hours and weekend coverage through mobile crisis response, community visits, and telehealth.
Requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, with current or pending LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC licensure. Experience with crisis services and Electronic Health Record systems is preferred.

Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates: $300 per completed telehealth assessment
$500 per completed face to face assessment
$7.25/hour
$8.10/hour
Mobile Crisis On-call Consult: $35/hour
Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

Schedule: On-call four 12 – hour shifts monthly
