The LPN is responsible for coordinating quality care outcomes and ensuring the well-being of residents. Key tasks include ordering, preparing, and administering medications with detailed documentation.
An active LPN license is required, and prior nursing experience is desired. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for helping others and a willingness to train new employees.
