The role focuses on daily timekeeping and scheduling for up to three medical surgical nursing units. Additionally, it provides general administrative and technical support, including managing calendars and processing invoices.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with 0-3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, and an associate degree in healthcare sciences is a plus.
Work Location: West Hospital (On-site)
Department Supported: Medical Surgical Units
Daily Timekeeping and Scheduling. Covering up to three nursing units. Unit scheduling and orientation scheduling. Assist with timekeeping audit.
Provides basic administrative and technical support for leaders and teams they support. Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, processes invoices, and handles inquires as appropriate. Manages work with basic guidance and direction. Addresses basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.
