Provide full-scope women's health services including gynecologic exams, prenatal and postpartum care, and STI treatment. Serve as the women's health expert at the Leicester and Asheville clinics within a collaborative wraparound care model.
Must hold a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution and an unencumbered North Carolina license. CPR certification and strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills are required.
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution · Unencumbered North Carolina PA-C or NP license · CPR certification · Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as critical thinking skills, the ability to handle stressful situations and the capacity to function independently · High degree of initiative, judgement, discretion and decision making to achieve AMH’s mission. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: · LARC management – demonstrated proficiency in placement and removal of all currently available IUD and implants · Point of care ultrasound training · Bilingual a plus
