We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide full-time, open-access mental health intake services. This role serves as a key entry point for individuals seeking behavioral health care by conducting timely, comprehensive mental health assessments and facilitating appropriate referrals. Key Responsibilities Conduct same-day/open-access mental health intakes and assessments Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and clinical documentation Assess risk, including suicidality and safety concerns, and respond appropriately Determine level of care and make internal and external referrals as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record Provide brief clinical interventions and psychoeducation as appropriate Work Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no evenings or weekends) We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Supportive team environment Opportunity to make an immediate impact by improving access to care QualificationsQualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience conducting mental health assessments and intakes preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-access environment
