Essential Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy services. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed. Coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and other providers. Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and training activities. Respond appropriately to crisis situations and assist with safety planning.
