Provide direct care and support to individuals with serious emotional disturbances, including conducting clinical assessments and implementing crisis intervention. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment and discharge plans.
Requires a high school diploma and experience in a behavioral health setting, with an associate degree preferred. Certifications such as CPRS or LDAC are highly preferred for this role.
This role will function as a Group Facilitator. Candidates with a CPRS, LDAC, or other related certification are preferred.
