About the Role

• The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing compassionate and direct patient care within healthcare settings across the United States.
• This position focuses on assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity while supporting the nursing staff.
• CNAs are responsible for monitoring patients' health status, reporting changes to the nursing team, and helping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• The role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ultimately, the CNA contributes significantly to the overall quality of patient care and the smooth operation of healthcare facilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Assistant training program.
• Current CNA certification/license valid in the state applying for.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
