The Residential Aide monitors shelter facilities to ensure rules are followed and assists clients with basic needs and daily living skills. They are also responsible for conducting intakes, maintaining client records in the CARES database, and providing orientation to new residents.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's degree preferred. Candidates should have one year of experience working with homeless or special needs populations and knowledge of DHS protocols.

The Residential/Program Aide assists with the client's basic needs. Individuals will work in conjunction with the social services team to monitor and provide appropriate basic services to individual clients.
