The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional will provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to clients. They will work within the Adult Outpatient Department and may also assist with supervision hours for those currently under supervision.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field, and must hold a relevant license to practice in Oklahoma. Those under supervision must be actively receiving board-approved supervision to become licensed.

These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay when working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Licensed: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH) Under Supervision: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met by the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH) About us: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, Altus and Duncan, OK is a community-based center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment. The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.
