As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Your role will involve helping them develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills to achieve their treatment goals.
The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!
Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay!
$2,000 sign-on bonus

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with preference for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience working with individuals facing mental health and/or substance use challenges is also required.
