Candidates must be graduates of a master's level nurse practitioner program or an accredited physician assistant program, with 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred. Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin is required.
This position will work 36 hours per week, five days a week floating between Employer Services and Primary Care

Job Summary The Advanced Practice Provider at Prevea is an advanced practice nurse (NP) or physician assistant (PA) prepared to deliver health care services to patients, families and groups emphasizing the promotion of health and prevention of disease under direct supervision and responsibility of physicians. The scope of responsibilities includes collaborating and coordinating with physicians and other health professionals regarding clinical practice, education, consultation, research and program development.
