The pharmacist is responsible for compounding, labeling, and dispensing medications while advising patients and families on proper usage. They also oversee pharmacy technicians and interns and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize drug utilization.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid New Mexico Registered Pharmacist License are required. The role is open to candidates with less than one year of pharmacy practice experience.

Has acquired the necessary practice skills in order to appropriately evaluate medication orders and to prepare/dispense medications for the patient population group they serve.
