Provide on-site occupational therapy services to geriatric populations in skilled and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, creating individualized plans of care, and tracking patient progress through accurate documentation.
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland or soon to be licensed, with an active CPR certification. A passion for patient-centered care and strong clinical reasoning skills are required.

At Assisted Rehab, we partner with CCRCs, hospitals, and senior communities to provide top-notch on-site skilled and outpatient therapy.
We are hiring Per Diem Occupational Therapists for our partner locations in Baltimore, Cockeysville, Towson, and Catonsville, MD.
In this role, you will provide on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings.
Whether you are a recent graduate or have years of experience, we welcome you! Plus, we provide all the training you need.
What You’ll Do Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status Complete documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
