The RN is responsible for managing the nursing process for pediatric patients, including assessment, care planning, and maintaining accurate records. They also serve as a resource person for staff and may assume the role of charge nurse.
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts with BLS certification and recent acute care pediatric experience. A BSN and PALS certification are preferred.
Must read, write and communicate in English Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Basic Life Support Certification required CPI (Crisis Prevention) within 3 months of new position and must renew annually Successful passage of CCH’s Pharmacology exam BSN Preferred Recent Pediatric experience within 2 years in an acute care facility Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred
