$58 - $64 / HOUR
Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, including preventive exams, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, community-focused healthcare and document patient care within the EHR system.
Candidates must be a licensed APRN or PA in New Hampshire with board certification (ANCC/AANP or NCCPA) and a current DEA registration. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate is required.

This opportunity is designed for experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates who have independently practiced in an outpatient setting and are ready to step into an established patient panel. A minimum of one (1) year of independent outpatient clinical practice experience is required, and providers with three to five (3–5) years of independent primary care experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
