Salary
$58 - $64 / HOUR
Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, including preventive exams, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care within a community health environment.
Candidates must be a licensed APRN or PA in New Hampshire with board certification (ANCC/AANP or NCCPA), DEA registration, and BLS certification. Experience in primary care, family medicine, or FQHC environments is highly valued.

This opportunity is designed for experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates who have independently practiced in an outpatient setting and are ready to step into an established patient panel. A minimum of one (1) year of independent outpatient clinical practice experience is required, and providers with three to five (3–5) years of independent primary care experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
