The role involves providing patient care, performing triage, and obtaining vital signs including EKGs. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care within a progressive cardiology practice.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a fast-paced clinical setting and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. Ability to start IVs and a preference for cardiology experience are also noted.

Cardiology Associates is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing outpatient cardiology team in Baldwin County, Alabama. This position is ideal for a motivated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
This position is primarily based in our Fairhope office; however, travel between our Fairhope and Foley locations may be required as needed.
This is a full-time, day shift position with no weekends and paid holidays off.

Perform patient triage and assist with direct patient care Obtain vital signs and patient medical histories Perform EKGs and other clinical procedures Start IVs as needed Assist providers with examinations and patient care Document patient information accurately in the EMR/EHR system Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans Support daily clinic workflow in a busy outpatient cardiology practice Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care
Active Alabama LPN license required Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required Cardiology experience preferred BLS and ACLS certification required IV skills required Experience performing EKGs preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent critical thinking and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and professionalism Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
